Illegal transfer of persons at the border - Lviv police started criminal proceedings

The Lviv police started criminal proceedings regarding the developments in the Ukraine-Poland border yesterday. The statement was posted on the official website of the National Police.

Investigation is underway on illegal border transfer.

According to the Ukrainian border service, the developments in the "Shegin" control checkpoint were a massive illegal violation of the state border.

According to the statement posted on the website, 11 law enforcers were injured as a result of the incident.

Ukraine`s General Prosecutor requests all the organizers of yesterday`s events to be punished.

In his statement on Facebook, Yuri Lucensko writes that according to the law all those who crossed the Ukraine-Poland border yesterday should be charged and that will happen in the nearest future.

According to the Mayor of Lvov, Mikheil Saakashvili will leave for Kiev today.
