The City Court partially satisfied the suit of judge Vladimer Kakabadze. Fady Asly was ordered to reject public statements concerning the judge and to pay compensation for moral damages in the amount of GEL 3,000.

Fady Asly publicly called Judge Kakabadze corrupt because of his decision on several cases. Kakabadze demanded 20,000 lari from the businessman for moral damage.

The City Court has released a statement regarding the decision taken and noted that the court restored the honor and dignity of the judge. Kakabadze is a judge of the same instance.

Fady Asly is not going to take back the accusations.
