Turkish and Azerbaijan helicopters to get engaged in fire-fighting operations in Tsagveri

Additional helicopters will be involved in fire extinguishing activity in the Tsaghveri forest. There are already two flying crews on the spot and from tomorrow they Turkish and Azerbaijani helicopters will be added. According to Zurab Alavidze, the Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure, the Azeri helicopter will arrive in the evening tomorrow.

The fire broke out in the woods of Arjevanidze, the rescuers have veeb fighting for the second day. The situation is complicated by strong winds and bas visibility , but fire extinguishing works are being carried out intensively.

Additional 200 employees of the Department of Special Tasks have been mobilized.
