The Tbilisoba celebration was attended by the Prime Minister and members of the government. Kakha Kaladze, the Mayoral candidate, arrived at Aghmashenebeli Avenue with his family. Opposition and government officials also visited Tbilisoba celebration.

The leader of European Georgia, Davit Bakradze, said during his congratulations on Tbilisoba that "it is desirable that the city may have a mayor who will make the capital better."
