Anzor Chubinidze confirms that he has visited Bacho Akhalaia in his cell

Anzor Chubinidze, the head of the Special State Protection Service confirms that he has been in Bacho Akhaiaia"s cell. The former Defense Minister said in an interview with " Courier" last Saturday that Anzor Chubinishvili and Irakli Gharibashvili had visited him in the cell and had offered to give a testimony against Mikheil Saakashvili with Bidzina Ivanishvili"s request.

The head of the State Security office refuses to specify the purpose of his visit, , However, confirms that he has really visited Bacho Akhalaia in a prison cell.

Bacho Akhalaia"s wife - Ani Nadareishvili says that Irakli Gharibashvili and Anzor Chubinidze have visited the former Minister of Internal Affairs for several times, offering him a deal in exchange for giving testimony against Mikheil Saakashvili.

His attorney speaks about the necessity of launching an investigation on a scandalous statement. Malkhaz Velijanashvili notes that this fact contains the signs of crime.
