Belakani District Court continues to discuss case of Afgan Mukhtarli

The Belakani District Court continues to discuss the case of Apang Mukhtarli, a journalist missing from Tbilisi. It is not excluded that it will be a last hearing after which the judge will make a decision.

When will the verdict be unknown? The journalist is accused of illegal crossing of the border and smuggling . The session is scheduled for 11 pm and will be attended by the Human Rights House and representative of Article 42 arriving from Georgia to Azerbaijan.
