The civil sector speaks about the deficiencies in the draft law on "Labor safety". GYLA and EMc are drawing attention to artificial delays inadopting of the law. In addition, there is a weak mandate of the inspection mechanism in the project, the minimum amount of fines and the restricted area of its action for the civil sector.
