NATO Secretary-General and President of Georgia held a joint briefing after the meeting

The MAP and strict instructions - After 10 years from the Bucharest Summit, the North Atlantic Alliance names the MAP as a condition for Georgia"s NATO integration. A joint briefing of the President of Georgia and the NATO Secretary General was held in Brussels.

The President of Georgia has already addressed the NATO Secretary General.

"We had a conversation about the content of our speeches with the Secretary-General. Thank you, Mr Jan, for such a great effort. We will have important meetings today, where we will talk about the stability in Georgia and Ukraine with world leaders.

Georgia contributes loyally to the NATO service, we are committed to the promises we made and will discuss with our allies all the issues concerning how to strengthen every instrument that will bring us closer to NATO," President Margvelashvili said.

Before meeting with journalists, Jens Stoltenberg held a meeting with Giorgi Margvelashvili. Today the Alliance should adopt a joint document on Georgia and Ukraine.
