According to Tbilisi mayor"s decision, up to 400 families of the development company "Sveti" can not enter their homes. At the Chkondideli street, 8 completed buildings of "Sveti" company are still in the state of the so called black carcass. People have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars in spaces, but they can not move to live.

The City Hall says that the constructions are unauthorized and the company "Sveti" was swindling. For this reason, Kakhi Kaladze issued a decree in December and suspended constructions.

The "Sveti " started construction throughout the capital in 2015, during Davit Narmania"s Mayorship. If the company did not have this permission, then it
is unclear thousands of square meters were built in Tbilisi. Davit Narmania responded with a short text message that the construction of the "Sveti" was suspended during his time in the office, and the residents demanded permission.

The then head of the supervision service tells the Courier that since 2016, a number of cases have been initiated against "Sveti" and the company has no right to continue working.

Company Sveti plans to continue working on Chkondideli Street.

If the constructions on the Chkondideli Street are renewed, the company "Sveti" may be sanctioned.
