34-year-old Iago Nebieridze, accused of murdering a 9-year-old girl, has been convicted several times for serious crimes. For the first time, he was arrested by the police in a kidnapping case in 2004. Investigation then found that 20 years old Nebieridze demanded 20 thousand GEL for the child"s ransom. The family agreed to pay the money, but despite that, the whereabouts of the juvenile kidnapped 14 years ago is still unknown.
