The consideration on merits of Mirza Subeliani"s case, who is charged with covering the crime, will be renewed today. At the trial, the defense side will deliver an introductory speech. It is not known whether Mirza Subeliani will attend the current process and his lawyers do not have exact information about it yet. The lawyers say that the defendant is not under psychological stress at this stage and feels good. At today"s trial, the defense side does not intend to file a motion, but does not exclude that the lawyers will request the change of preventive measures for Subeliani at the next session.
