The United Opposition responds to the decision of the Strasbourg Court.
According to Paata Davitaia, the European Court has confirmed that the Georgian side has not violated human rights and that is the main evidence in the Hague Court.According to the United Opposition, "Georgian Dream" plan`s was failed by Strasbourg"s decision.
"When Ms. Salome Zourabichvili blamed the Georgian side for bombing Tskhinvali, the Strasbourg Court ruled that the Georgian side had not violated human rights. It will be very important evidence in the Hague Criminal Court, because one of the actions that the Russian side is trying to blame on the Georgian side is that the Georgian side has committed a crime before humanity, Paata Davitaia says.
