The Economy Minister recognizes that the debts program is defective. Giorgi Kobulia made an announcement after he was asked about dead people in the list and artificial increase in the number.

The Minister says that nothing is ruled out, but the Ministry of Economy is not informed about it.
"I do not rule out that there should be some minor irregularities, but this is probably a technical issue and perhaps the Finance Ministry works on it," Kobulia says.
