The third sector requests re-composition of the High Council of Justice.NGOs spread a joint statement regarding the developments in the judiciary system.
"The selection process of judges of the Supreme Court and appointment of Levan Murusidze as a life time judge has confirmed the crisis situation existing in the High Council of Justice and the so-called clan power.
"We believe that the composition of the High Council of Justice should be renewed and non-judicial members should be appointed by a high political consensus, which is the only guarantee for the selection of independent members,"- is said in a statement signed by all authoritative and influential NGOs.
