The National Strategy on Combating Terrorism and the Action Plan will be submitted by the Special Inter-Agency Commission to the Government.
This decision was made by the commission members at yesterday"s session.Alexander Tabatadze, the deputy head of the State Security Service, presented the strategy for combating terrorism.The document describes the threats and challenges faced by the country in terms of terrorism and extremism, as well as the united vision, objectives and tasks of the State in dealing with them.The strategy focuses on collecting and analyzing information related to terrorism, extremism and radicalization within the competence of state agencies, as well as preventive measures.
