Following Archil Tutunashvili and Giga Otkhozorya, Russian occupation has one more casualty - 29-year-old Irakli Kvaratskhelia died on the Russian military base in uncertain circumstances.
According to eyewitnesses, the body has traces of physical injury, which indicates the fact of violence on the part of the occupants.
Irakli Kvaratskhelia was detained by the occupants at the occupation border of village Tagiloni and Nabakevi and transferred to the Russian military base.
Representatives of the occupation regime spread a suicide version, but no one believes in this version of the occupants. According to locals, Irakli Kvaratskhelia"s death was caused by physical injuries. According to the eyewitness, there was an argument on the ground. According to him, occupants use physical violence in case of a dispute.
"The car came, he was put in the car and was taken away. There was an argument, a poor boy was a little drunk, the dispute was at the base. He felt bad, nurses tried to help but they could not do much. He died on the Russians base, for sure he was beaten. Such facts are very frequent, after the verbal confrontation, the Russians go to physical violence, but no information has been provided to the Georgian government and it is not known , "said the eyewitness.
According to locals, 29-year-old man was killed. One of the women says that the young man was beaten by the Russians,
he had injuries in his head and spinal area.
"I have heard that they killed a poor boy. When the doctors came he was already dead. He was beaten. This happened at the Russian base, "says the local.
