A Santa Claus from Lapland is traveling through Georgia. He arrived to the Enguri bridge near the occupation line, met children and wished them peace and unity.
“We are in a very special place. Today this bridge still divides occupied Abkhazia with a free Georgia. I know there will be no borders in the near future and I wish to come to this bridge next year and celebrate the non-existence of this "border". This would be the best wish to Georgians and the world”, - said the Santa Claus, adding that he is a world ambassador of peace.
The guest from Lapland met with children in the village Rukhi close to the Abkhazia occupation line as well as IDP kids in Zugdidi and Poti.
The Santa Claus will travel to Mestia and other Georgian regions. He will leave the country on January 9.
