One healthcare worker is among 19 new coronavirus patients - Marina Ezugbaia

According to the Medical Director of the Tbilisi Infectious Diseases Hospital, 19 new cases of coronavirus infection have been detected in the last 24 hours. 10 people recovered from COVID-19: “One more minor patient has recovered and discharged from the Infectious Diseases Hospital”.

As Marina Ezugbaia said, one of the new patients is a nurse.

She added that 17 out of 19 are linked to the so-called Bolnisi cluster.

“The sources of the 19 new patients have been identified, 17 of them are from two villages of Bolnisi - Geta and Mushevani, one is a healthcare worker”, - concluded Ezugbaia.
