"I would like to address the project planned for the site of the "Rike Jugs". Over the course of a day, a false information campaign was conducted to mislead the public. One television channel spread disinformation claiming that a construction permit had been requested for a ten-storey hotel on the site. At this stage, the municipality is not considering this construction project. In the interests of objectivity, it should be said that the person who spread this false and inaccurate information also stated in their Facebook post that they had created the image of the supposed ten-storey building using AI.

However, when people want to believe a falsehood, such details make no real difference to them. To those who care about the city`s future, we say clearly that this information is false. No application for a ten-storey building project has been submitted to the municipality. The public will receive full information about the work and the specific project to be implemented in the future", - said kakha Kaladze.
