New Year events to be held in Tbilisi in a different format because of the pandemic. According to the Mayor of the capital, the New Year Concert will be broadcasted live on TV.

“Due to the COVID-19, the population will not be able to attend this concert, because we take care of the health of our citizens. We tried our best in order to involve all the representatives of culture in the New Year preparations.

The year 2020 was full of difficulties and problems, and the struggle against the coronavirus is not over. We all understand how difficult the situation is, we work and we try our best to stand by everyone and express our support in this difficult situation”, - said Kakha Kaladze.
