The 3rd wave of coronavirus is expected in Georgia in the second half of February, said today the Minister of Health.

“While the world is talking about the third wave, of course, Georgia can not be an exception. It is necessary to use the experience of the world for the third wave, not only in the preparedness component, but also in the control phase of the third phase to minimize the spread of infection. We need to focus on this and be more effective in the part of infection retention. The third wave may start from the second half of February”, - added Ekaterine Tikaradze.
