Construction of the so-called Dream City is progressing without interruptions in compliance with all the relevant COVID regulations, irrespective of the pandemic - Irakli Garibashvili

Construction of the so-called Dream City - wide scale project initiative - is progressing without interruptions in compliance with all the relevant COVID regulations, irrespective of the pandemic. It was stated by the Prime Minister of Georgia when visiting the construction site in Batumi together with Tornike Rizhvadze, Chairman of the Government of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara.

Second phase of the project has already been launched by the Government of Adjara, which is aimed at the urban development of the area and creation of educational, residential and recreation spaces. Currently, three 12-storey residential blocks are being constructed in the Dream City. Within the scope of the project initiative, almost 583 apartment units will be made available in the first phase. Almost 120 individuals are employed during the construction.

Irakli Garibashvili was accompanied by MP Kakha Kuchava, Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia; MP Alexandre Tabatadze and Larry Barnabishvili, Department Head of Regional Coverage at the Government Administration to the construction site of the Dream City today.
