Vladimir Zhirinovsky died - State Duma Speaker

According to Russian State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin, Vladimir Zhirinovsky died at the age of 75.

He was the founder and, for several decades, head of the Russian Liberal Democratic Party, and was elected to parliament in 1993.

According to Russian media reports, Zhirinovsky, who had been in declining health for some time, had been gravely ill for weeks after contracting COVID-19, despite claiming to have received eight vaccine doses.
