Another hearing on Mikheil Saakashvili’s case to be held today in the Tbilisi City Court.

According to the Minister of Justice, at today’s trial, the report prepared by the Samkharauli Forensics Bureau will be presented to the court on the health condition of the former president.

As Rati Bregadze explained, they received a conclusion from the National Forensics Bureau. It includes 3 main directions - psychiatric, gastroenterological and neurological diagnoses. According to the conclusion of the Bureau, the “diagnoses made by the “Empathy” Center are not reliable and infallible”.
