Minister of Internal Affairs, Vakhtang Gomelauri expressed deepest sympathies to the Minister of Interior of Turkish Republic, Suleyman Soylu over the devastating earthquake.

Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia expressed readiness to support Turkish colleagues working on the ground and provide assistance in rescue operations.

“Dear Minister, on behalf of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and Me, please accept my deepest condolences over the terrible tragedy that took place in Turkey, claiming lives of many people.

At this time of great ordeal, may I convey my support to everyone affected by this disaster. Herewith, I would like to confirm the readiness of our Agency, to support Turkish colleagues working on the ground and provide assistance in rescue operations.

I would like to reiterate my support and sympathy. Please accept my deepest sorrow towards Turkish people in this time of great ordeal”, - wrote the Minister of Internal Affairs, Vakhtang Gomelauri in the letter of condolence.
