As a government, we are unequivocally pro-European, which we confirmed by our actions, we were able to bring the country closer to the EU with very specific actions, said the Prime Minister of Georgia in an interview with Euronews.

As Irakli Kobakhidze noted, “the government will do everything for Georgia’s EU membership in the future, and the opposition"s manipulations on this issue are inappropriate”.

“This type of manipulation by the opposition is inappropriate. It’s their choice, it"s their job, it’s all part of democracy. In the future, we will do everything for Georgia to join the European Union”, - added the Prime Minister.

According to the government administration, his interview with Euronews will be broadcast today at 23:00 Tbilisi time.
