"Kibar Khalvashi confirms that in all transactionsconnected to the Rustavi 2 TV company"s purchase he acted on behalf of Irakli Okruashvili. Accordingly, all shares of the Rustavi 2 TV company, its assets, intellectual property, all claims, demands, benefits, recivables and demand of property rights are owned by Okruashvili. Khalvashi will not act in connection with Rustavi 2 without permission of Okruashvili. . "

The second paragraph also states that if the agreement is violated by Khalvashi he has to pay Irakli Okruashvili$ 7 million.
