Gvaramia comments on scandalous document by which it was established that Kibar Khalvashi has never been owner of Rustavi 2 .

Gvaramia said that the mentioned document completely changes the station around the current dispute.

"The document completly changes everything in the current dispute because coupled with the fact that even without this document Kibar Khalvashi"s demand is illegal and its legalization was incredible and theCourts in first two instances did it. This put the court system is under a blow , it has decreased the level of confidence in the judicial system to the minimum in the first place because of Rustavi 2 case . According to this document, it has become impossible even formally to grant Kibar Khalvashi anything. This document shows that he was a not a real purchaser, he had no legal rights. Those people for whom he was a fictitious purchaser are his allies today, I mean Dvali and Akimidze, they have lost as well. Thus , there is nobody who could claim anything from the current owners who are good faith purchasers.

"Kibar Khalvashi is not even theoretically an authorized person to express the claims. This is confirmed by this document. Also confirms that Khalvashi has 7 million debt to Irakli Okruashvili.
