Kakhi Kaladze comments on the document which confirms that a deal was signed between Irakli Okruashvili and Kibar Khalvashi in 2010.
The Energy Minister reiterates that a case of Rustavi2 is a legal dispute between two subjects . According to him the court should discuss new circumstances if they are in the case.

" As for the dispute between Karamanishvili and and khalvashi, this is a legal dispute and should be considered by the court. These is not a topic, which should be discussed by TV,"- said the Vice Prime Minister.
