The third sector has prepared an appeal for the Constitutional Court in regard to the wiretapping law. According to them, the current law has further deteriorated the situation.

" According to the revised law, risks are not avoided. We believe that on the contrary, the practice will worsen and risks are increased, because there will be no mechanism for monitoring, "- said Giorgi Kldiashvili, A director of the IDFI.
