The main aim of Russia is consider to be by the Georgian government the complete annexation of the occupied territories and they say that the only way to combat the current situation is to strengthen Georgia.

The Minister of IDPs speaks about the destructive policy of the Kremlin towards Georgia. Sozar Subari says that the only way to confront Russia is to develop the Georgian state. Subari recalls the August 2008 war.

"In August 2008 Mikheil Saakashvili managed to overshadow the world`s biggest event, the Beijing Olympics. We do not want to have such overshadowing any more. We want to develop our state, " -Subari said.

The deputy secretary of the Security Council calls on the government to create a strategic document in which the overall vision will be presented regarding this problem.

"Russian policy in Georgia and in general in the region, whether it be Ukraine or Georgia, is directed towards annexation of the territories of these countries. It will be very important for us to consider the issue of passportation or the theme of the railroad in the context of this policy.

Georgia, as a state, should oppose to Russia`s aggression a common approach, which, accordng to the initiative of the President, is to establish a vision of a national security strategy, " - Vano Machavariani said.
