The High Council of Justice discusses Levan Murusidze"s appointment as a permanent judge.

Levan Murusidze himself says that there is already a Constitutional Court decision that provides an automatic permanent appointment if those judges, who have a three year experience.

" I don"t care about this issue, because we have a a judgment of the Constitutional Court that states that a judge who has three years of experience should be appointed for a lifetime.
It is up to the High Council of Justice to resolve this issue. Everyone has right to express their opinions in this regard, but within our competence, the Supreme Council of Justice will make the decision,"- said Mr. Murusidze.
