Presidents of 12 Business Associations are against changes in the constitution. Private sector officials demanded to leave the record, according to which taxes can be increased only by a referendum.

The businessmen argue that despite the fact that despite preserving of Article 94 in the final document , the ruling team is preparing for changes.

Businessmen believe that if the government is able to increase taxes, economic growth will be reduced significantly.
The opposition is categorically against of eliminating of Article 94 of the Constitution, the same Freedom Act. There is no uniform position in the ruling team on the withdrawal of the Freedom Act from the Constitution.
