The Ministry of Internal Affairs makes an announcement in connection with the case of the incident in the club Bassiani. According to Natia Mezvrishvili, the Deputy Minister, the Chief Prosecutor"s Office has appealed against the Tbilisi City Court decision to impose a bail as a preventive measure on the attacker to the Court of Appeals for the defendant.

According to Mezvrishvili, the detainee is charged under three articles.
