At the High Council of Justice today, the issue of creation of narrow specialization of judges in the Tbilisi Court of Appeals will be discussed.

The non-judge members consider the initiative to be suspicious and assume that in this case, the principle of electronic distribution of cases may be threatened.

At today"s session, the non-judge intends to get detailed information on this issue.

"It may possibly threaten the principle of accidental distribution of cases so that citizens who apply to the courts will be foreseeing which judges will be assigned to consider the case. I think that such amendments should be made in the law that it does not create a risk to randomness, "said Nazi Janezashvili.
