The miners request the resignation of Mindeli"s shaft heads. For this purpose, a protest rally will be held in Tkibuli this time at the municipality building. Trade unions will also participate in it. The miners have one more demand, which is related to the official confirmation of the Prime Minister"s verbal promise. In parallel with the shaft sealing, they demand guarantees for remuneration.

"Rallies will continue permanently until there is document to indicate that these people will receive salaries until the investigation is over, until rehabilitation is complete," said Lavrenti Alania, deputy chairman of the Georgian Trade Unions Union.
