"International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy" once again assesses a pre-election situation in the country. The non-governmental organization publishes another mid-term report.

The report criticizes the Election Administration and Communications Regulatory Commission. The report notes that the challenge was to appoint independent members in the DECs, where in 14 cases out of 73 relations with the election administration representatives was detected. In eight cases supporters of " Georgian Dream" were appointed.

According to the document, from the August 1st to September 8, the 31 cases of using municipal resources in municipalities were identified, one physical confrontation, eight facts of the alleged bribery of the voters, two cases of obstruction of the campaign.

The NGO also believes that it is unfair to make decisions and requests for the regulatory commission of broadcasters according to which they will have to verify the data before publishing the results of public opinion.
