Head of Grigol Vashadze"s election headquarters was attacked - the first footage from Akhalkalaki

Attack in Akhalkalaki - member of the United Opposition"s presidential candidate Grigol Vashadze"s election headquarters was physically assaulted.

The head of the headquarters, Ashot Raisian, was beaten with batons. The emergency brigades have taken taken him to the clinic.

Police are mobilized on the spot.

Eyewitnesses say to Rustavi 2 that several people armed with batons rushed into the headquarters and physically abused people inside the building.

According to them, the attackers are activists of "Georgian Dream". Members of Grigol Vashadze"s office say that the reason for physical assault was the result of the elections.
