According to the lawyer, it is important from the investigative agency to timely respond to the fact in order to ensure that Saralidze"s life is not in danger.

The lawyer focuses particularly on the publication of Zaza Saralidze"s personal data by the City Hall and evaluates it as a violation. In the City Hall they say that this was only a technical mistake.

"I have filed too many applications and complaints, but there is no response to anything but I will appeal to the Strasbourg Court if they do not respond to thiis fact," Zaza Saralidze said.
