Tskhinvali faces humanitarian catastrophe - Aleko Elisashvili


Aleko Elisashvili, the founder of "Civil Movement" speaks about a humanitarian crisis in the Tskhinvali region. According to him, after the new year, due to the abundant rainfall, the Roki tunnel is closed, and Tskhinvali region is not supplied with food and medicines.

According to Elisashvili, the supply of food and medicines has already been exhausted in the region.
The representative of the "Civil Movement" addresses the Prime Minister and the Health Minister and calls on to discuss the crisis with the representatives of the so-called government.

"I would like to address the Prime Minister of Georgia and the Minister of Health to show the state position and start negotiations with Tskhinvali representatives immediately, without any prerequisites and find resources to provide humanitarian aid from our side to the Tskhinvali region," Aleko Elisashvili said.
