According to the authors of the draft law, while the legislative body is discussing whether or not to adopt this proposal the judges are appointed for a lifetime. They say that this process threatens justice.The parliamentary majority plans to determine whether the draft law prepared by the so-called rebels is constitutional.Opposition has also criticized the lifelong appointment of judges.
