Court will discuss the issue of preventing measures for the detainees on group violence

All four persons detained on the events of June 20 have been officially charged with group violence.
Tsotne Soselia, Besik Tamaliani, Kakhaber Kupreishvili and Zurab Budaghashvili are accused of committing the crime under Article 225 of the Criminal Code, which means participation in group violence. The court will discuss the preventing measures for detainees today.
The "Georgian Dream" government even used special forces to bring charges.
Law enforcers with full equipment and firearms suddenly broke into the yard of the young poet Zurab Budaghashvil. In protest, Budaghashvili refused to have an attorney and did not plead guilty.
Among the detainees is a 40-year-old Besik Tamliani. On June 20, Tamliani was arrested for allegedly violating the administrative offense at Rustaveli Avenue and was taken to in Gori isolator.
Besik Tamliani"s lawyer says that there is no evidence against his client in the case file.
" Basically, as far as I know, there are testimonies of the police and expertise conclusion on the footage which identified a particular person. The concrete evidence that Tamliani intended to enter Parliament is not presented, "said Vakhtang Iashvili.
Among the detainees is a 25-year-old rugby player Tsotne Soselia. The family learned about his detection from the journalists.
Kakhaber Kupreishvili, 39, is also facing from 6 to 9 years of imprisonment.
