The national currency devalued again - after the actions of the National Bank, the Lari remained stable for only three days. The value of one dollar for Bloomberg now stands at almost 2 lari and 97 tetri.
Members of the ruling team still put the responsibility to the National Bank. Members of the "Georgian Dream" said that the right economic policy is reliant to the main financial institution.
"National Bank needs to perform with the right policy to ensure the stability of the lari. The National Bank is responsible for the processes" - Mdinaradze said.
Kakha Kaladze, secretary-general of the "Georgian Dream," said that the downfall of Lari was influenced by foreign factors. Kaladze expects the National Bank to do more.
"The rate of Lari is a problem for everyone, the National Bank should take concrete steps. They should make up the plan to eliminate this problem," - Kakha Kaladze said.
