A Public Defender has made remarks on the Constitutional amendments, in particular with t refers to election deadline.

According to Nanuashvili,he has not heard any particular argument, why the Ombudsman should be elected for only one term.
" I have not heard argument why should be imposed restrictions on the election of the People"s Defender, while there are no other restrictions on other elective positions,"- said Ucha Nanuashvili.
