European school will open in Georgia

 

The financial agreement with the EU is adopted. The Technical Assistance Program has been signed. The meeting of the European Commissioner for Enlargement and Neighborhood Policy met Georgian prime Minister this morning. After the meeting became known that the European School will open in Georgia.

"During the meeting, we shared the expectations regarding to the Eastern Partnership Summit scheduled to be held in Brussels on November 24th, which should be oriented towards the vision of the future and to promote the relationship with the EU. Today, a financial agreement was signed, based on which the European Union will allocate € 32 million in support of the Association Agreement. Together with the European Commission, we also plan to open a European School of Regional Importance in Georgia, "said Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili.

The EU Commissioner for Enlargement and Neighborhood Policy J said that Georgia has made great steps to implement the Association Agreement.
