Irakli Kobakhidze, the Chairman of the Parliament and Tamar Chigoshvili, the Vice Speaker will attend the plenary session of the Venice Commission. As Tamar Chigoshvili says, all recommendations of the Commission will be considered.

According to her, the new project of the constitution will be in full compliance with the Venice Commission conclusion.

"This session will discuss the conclusion, prepared by the Venice Commission on our constitutional amendments. From the very beginning, we have promised that we would envisage all recommendations of the Venice commission and of course, we will fulfill this promise. Therefore, Constitution, which will be voted by the parliament, will be in full compliance with European Standards,"- said Tamar Chugoshvili.
As the Vice Chairman of the Parliament states, the agreement on the cancellation of the majoritarian system is not yet reached. That is why amendments may be implemented in two stages
