Wiretapping Law- Constitutional Court starts discussion of suits filed by ombudsman and citizens

Constitutional Court begins to discuss the lawsuit on the wiretapping law filed by the Public Defender and the citizens of Georgia Claimants request to annule disputed norms.

According to civil society members, the disputed norms were declared unconstitutional by the Constitutional Court a year ago.

The discussion of the suit of the Public Defender and Georgian citizens starts today.
