"One-day discussion about the monarchy was obscure P.R action" - said Eka Mishveladze, the President’s spokesperson.

According to Eka Mishveladze, the population should first express their opinions about the constitutional model and then discuss the changes.

"As for such serious themes as constitutional model which should function in the country , we should first ask the people, the society and only after that discuss amendments," Eka Mishveladze said.
