According to unofficial information, Chairperson of the Court of Appeal, Mikheil Chinchaladze may become a member of the High Council of Justice. Chinchaladze, who is attending the Judicial Conference, says he does not have information about it.

Mikheil Chinchaladzeclaims that the accusations against him, including the so-called Clan ruling and questionable decisions are groundless.

" I just will not take part in such unsubstantiated allegations and absurd theater. The accusation they voice are absurd. There is no clan rule. "- said Mikheil Chinchaladze.
