Judge did not satisfy motion on release of Eliso Kiladze`s son on bail

Eliso Kiladze, editor-in-chief of the newspaper "Kronika Plus", appealed to the court to release her son on a bail.

Davit Kharshiladze`s attorney filed a motion for his release on 10 thousand bail.

After Mikheil Tatarashvil , a friend of the President`s daughter was released, the attorney hoped that the similar decision would be taken regarding the son of Eliso Kiladze,, but the judge did not satisfy this request.

During a 3-hour hearing, four witnesses were interrogated, among them Samkharauli and MIA experts. The trial was postponed for June 30. The discussion will be renewed by questioning witnesses of the defense side.
